BAG Disseny Studio SL – Cadaqués

Livingthings is a sideline of the BAD Disseny studio, whose team is made up of Sandra Compte and Xavier Mora. It targets people who are sensitive to objects. People who usually stop to wonder about small details: a gesture, a look, a speck of light, a smell, a sound or an object. People who have a special way of looking and seeing, who like living among stimulating sensations and creating singular, idiosyncratic, personal unique surroundings.

Inspired by the materials, colours and the town that gives it its name, Cadaqués is a handmade ceramic coat stand that is practical and useful. Its racks make it possible to hang all types of garments and accessories at different heights. The intention behind this design by BAG Disseny is that it blends in with all types of spaces, from modern to unusual through to classic ones. It has also been designed with children in mind so that they can hang their garments on the lower part of the stand, as well as for hanging bags, helmets and umbrellas. Cadaqués is handmade with pieces of green-glazed ceramic and has components of cork fitted onto an iron framework.
